The loved loner
Accepting loneliness is like a Coping mechanism to deal with loneliness.
Some people I really admire have embraced loneliness in their lives and almost closed the door to accepting anyone else. Their posts about great people talking about being lonely are amazing, and accepting solitude is great. Even though they might think that accepting loneliness is one way to accept yourself ,but ain't it just another coping mechanism for loneliness itself?

Because after you accept yourself in solitude with all your flaws and imperfections, you also become better at understanding others. The more aware you become of yourself, the more likely you are to open up to others as well. You realize that people are complex and perplexing, even those who make you feel lonely. You come to accept yourself and them, and suddenly, you aren't lonely anymore. It's a sense of peace with yourself and others.
I don't think humans were ever meant to be lonely because silence can sometimes make you feel non-existent. Humans nature carves to be seen, to be admired, to get connected, and share experience of life with each other. These are like the core of human nature. However, don't let loneliness become something that stops you from experiencing all of the above. The goal is to build an optimistic mindset, I guess.
